Individual Therapy
Psychotherapy is intended to help people improve and maintain their mental health and well-being. Working individually with a therapist in a psychotherapeutic relationship, you will collaborate together to bring about positive change in dealing with personal struggles, coping with vulnerable emotions, identifying relationship issues, facing significant losses and shifting problematic behaviours.
Knowing that you have a safe, supportive, confidential environment to regularly connect with your therapist can be a helpful resource to bring about positive change in how one feels, thinks, behaves and socially functions.
Individual Therapy for Adult (18+yrs)
I work with adults of all ages, providing support for a range of concerns including anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, facing uncertainty, grief and losses.
Individual Therapy for Children & Adolescents (5-17yrs)
I offer a nurturing, empathic, & playful environment where children and teens facing a variety of life struggles can feel safe to express their feelings, process difficult experiences while strengthening their resiliency and personal resources. Depending on the child’s age this work often involves parental involvement through caregiver consultations and resource offerings.
